Hello ... i have many books , but these are my favourite 'Eating well after weight loss surgery' by patt Levine isbn-10 1569244537 and 'Before and after' by Susan Maria Leach isbn 9780061242854 this is WONDERFUL but american so it talks about'cup' measurements ... very highly recommended ! xx

have a look on amazon , i got these for peanuts! no pun intended ;-)
