Just wandering I am now 90 days post op (bypass) and these last few days had bad stomach cramps first real time since the major complications I have had any rumbles any ideas folks??

Have you noticed if you are eating slightly different foods. I know I get them after eating spicy foods. Maybe you have a slight reaction to certain types

Cheers it maybe food related yes have been saying i am ok with almost everything but maybe not - breads etc do swell me out i am better with ryvita and crispbakes - could be minor dumping too going to have a more careful watch thanks
