hi all just wandered if anyone put any weight on the festivities. I stayed the same but then it is my weeks my little visitor comes to stay ( nunde nudge ladies) have eaten different food to normal though.
Hope everyone had good time.
Hers to a slimmer new year one and all xx

Ive lost 3lb so far this week, and have eaten what I have wanted including trifle, thorntons chocs etc. I am a daily weigher though so it may well catch up with me later in the week.

I'm going to have to make a commitment to get back to following the rules in January as I dont want the bad habits I have got into this week to slow down my weight loss in the new year.

ive eaten more than i should of done but i have managed to maintain, so im happy to not have gained i still have lots of goodies in the house to tempt me i shal try and restrain myself and be a good girl this week lol xx

Well this was my last Xmas b4 my operation so I decided to enjoy it without gorging!! Well that was the plan!

Weighed my self this am and Ive stayed the same!! Miracles do occur now and then ;)

Weird thing, like you I intended to enjoy my food over the Christmas as I started the milk diet yesterday and was totally surprised when I weighed myself yesterday morning to find I had stayed the same (mind you I didnt feel like I wanted to pig out like I would normally have done. Strange!!!!).

I gained, cos i have eaten everything under the sun and moved very little lol... having said that though... i went away on the 23rd weighing 12 stone 1.8 lbs and i weight myself this morning as im now at home ad i weigh 12 stone 5... whooooppps! hahahahah 3.2lbs in 6 or so days!

I have been for a very long hike in the snow today, get back on track!

.x.

I lost weight but I am still at the stage where I can eat very little.

ive stayed the same but saying that i havent had anything that should of caused me to put anything on. still have the biggest fear of dumping going so have not had anything that i shouldnt but boy do i enjoy my food thease days.
the thought of chocolates, christmas cake, trifel and mince pies really doesnt do it for me. thank god lol

Lost 5lbs! Not good really as part of this is due to being ill. Good to feel satisfied with a nibble of something instead of a platefull.

Im with Sam :D cept she lost weight and I put on a lb x

i knew the xmas excesses would catch up with me eventually - I have gained 1lb of the 3lb lost earlier this week - despite having 2 days with really tight restriction and not managing to eat much.

Well i lost 8lb over the christmas period but my big excuse for that is i carnt anything good yet:) so maybe thats a good thing. Be starting my sloppy foods soon yay:):)

I lost 3lbs over the Christmas period, I expected to maintain as I have had a little bit of a quiet time bowel wise and hadnt really pooped out the food that I ate over Christmas, really mustnt have been as much as I thought it was, I didnt go mad and didnt eat crap, just plenty of the good foods.
Im happy with that 3lbs and this is the first Christmas for years and years that I havent put a stone on!!!
Steph xx

Well, i lost all the weight i put on... not bad work, considering i lost it all in 2 days!

So yesterday i ate everything hahahaha and carried on today.

However, i shall be resuming normal eating tomorrow, as the holidays are offcially over then.

I don't feel too guilty tbh, seeing how easily i lost it, and knowing im not that far from my goal, i dont really mind putting a few lbs on, as i know i can loose them, and what i have consumed of late, was not a regular thing, heck its one week out of 52... :) and my aim from having this op, was to be able to eat like normal people do... and i have! just in smaller quantities, so instead of the usual huge christmas gain, it was tiny, and most people i know allow themselves to relax a little over christmas.

For the first time in years, i feel normal :)

(and my size 14 jeans still fit, even after crimbo hahahahah) ((i havent been a size 14 for over 10 years!))

I hope you all enjoyed your christmas half as much as i did, regardless of if you gained or lost :)

.x.
