They where outstounded with my loss Yayyy not surprising because i got the kilos and 1lbs mixed up, wanted me to loose 7 lbs manged to loose just over a stone. Bascially told to maintain or loose a bit more If i wanted and now its just sit back and wait .

I have to convert from kilo to lbs or I get in a right muddle lol.
