Do we need Medical alert after op?

I'm really interested in this, does anybody know if Sunderland hospital do these and defiantly want a thing for kiddies meals that's a great idea xxx

I was given a card with details of my stomach changes to carry and show if i have to go into hospital or something like that but it does not state anything about medications that should not be given etc
