Dressings

Hi all

Does anyone know how long i should keep my post surgery dressings on?

What surgery did u have, I had a band & kept mine on for 1 week x

I had a gastric wrap 12 days ago and have 10 entry wounds, they are all clean and non infected but the sticky bit of the dressing is making my skin quite sore. The stitches are the dis-solvable type but they haven't dissolved yet

I was banded and kept mine on for 5 days. They were lovely and clean, only the main 2 had dressings when I left hospital and they were glued. When I took the dressings off there was no blood on the dressings at all.
