I got mine from Boots and it was invaluable in the immediate post-op period when I was on nil by mouth, it stops the dry mouth feeling and makes it easier to swallow and it even has a very mild mint taste to it, so its lovely. When I got mine there was an offer on and I got two for the price of one I think.

Got mine at Boots and it was a lifesaver directly post-op. I also used it once I was on solids right after I ate so I wouldn't be tempted to drink to soon.
