eight stone gone

As of this weekend I have hit the eight stone loss mark. Feeling very pleased with myself.

Another pound this week. I am not going to say "only a pound" because I know there will be slow patches along the way and every pound counts. Plus I cant expect a big loss this week as I had a good one last week
