Eyes bigger than my belly!

12 days in and made my first mistake

Not concentrating and ended up eating too much, too quick. Now paying for it with a pain in my left ribs much like stitch - hurts like a bugger!!

Been like it for about 30 mins, can anyone tell me how long it's likley to last please?

Valuable lesson learned - won't be doing that again!

LOL - unity in misery!!

Mine is just easing off now - been for a walk round the block. I blame my other half - he made the most delicious corned beef, sliced potato and carrot hash as he knew I could mush it up - I just didn't stop in time, and we were watching a film, so was not focusing! As I said - lesson learned!
