It's the episode with Joy... she started off at 29st and I saw her last Friday... she looks FAB!!!

I know!!! It's moved to Wednesdays and Thursdays by the look of it!

It's on tonight at 9pm, but that won't be the Joy episode... well, that's what it says on the programme info!!!

awww Ali you really should get Sky, it competely removes all need for a social life :D Last year I got my sky turned off to go with freesat and lasted 20minutes before I was on the phone yelling TURN IT BACK ONNNNNN!!!!
 
It was very emotional to watch:cry: and Joy looked amazing after losing ten stones!
She is one happy bunny now:D

Also I could not get over how toned Jeff looked after losing 17 stone...okay he has loose skin on his tummy but his arms and the rest of him was perfect.

Mr. Shaw Somers is such a lovely gentlemen. I loved the way he talked to Joy... so understanding and gentle.

How is Joy doing now?

Well, I only saw her on my way from the Dietician to the Nurse Specialist, but she looks like she's lost at least 15st since her op... looks fab, and is very pleased!

She was grinning her lovely grin :D

She sounded so happy and content... was really nice to see her.

And Shaw is such a nice man... he really, really is so lovely - his whole manner just puts you at ease, and you finally feel that someone understands you and your struggle with weight.

I'm so happy to have him as my surgeon :)

i saw the 9 oclock one last night with the brother and sister who had both had the operation and wow what a transformation in their lives not just the weight but the happiness they both seem to have for living life once more. i think the guy was called matt but my memorys shocking had a bad nights sleep but he was a real inspiration.

That show was great !! Mandy told me last night to watch and wow...didn't they do well ! Real inspiration eh ! Mind u would love to give the girl a bit of a makeover ....not being nasty like ha ha but her clothes were so big and baggy for her ..i know it must take a while to get used too but hey....chuck out those biiiiiig long skirts love !! She looked sooooooo much better in jeans and trousers at this stage ! Ban elastic waists i say!!!....feel that restriction of something round your middle ...keeps u in check !! Say's me sitting in my Pj's ha ha but i have just had an op he he !! But Well done to them tho eh !! xx

ha ha oh don't be silly !! like we said last night ...i'll show u how to enhance your looks ......your beautiful anyway and sometimes its just about little things that can create a quick and easy look that makes u feel so great and beautiful. In my job i do so many different looks from magazine stuff to catwalk to bridal to makeovers but in my opinion for everyday wear ...every woman should try something different when they go thru such a big change in there life...like u see on the telly...the women look fab ! and if all it takes is the right makeup and the know how....u can't go wrong...I'll show u when i come to see u ....Playboy here we come...only kidding ! xxxx
