I can anyone tell me what is considered a high temperature ? X

Hi lottie hope you feeling ok. I'm no expert but normal temp is 36-37 think high is over 38?

Like I say no expert.

Anything over 38 is considered a high fever.

Can you take some paracetamol, this should bring it down. If it doesn't might be good idea to call NHS direct for advice

You can also lay in a cool bath. That can sometimes help too.
