First day of diet!

First day of diet went well, been to gym. Did 25 mins on cross trainer, 5 mins on rower and 10 mins fast walk as a cool down well impressed with myself... Been a while!

Tried the slimming world recipe fir diet coke chicken that i got off my friend..... Was luuuuuuush!! Yum, my partner had it and actually loved it!! Bring on day 2 :)

Day 3 and 5 ill be walking to college there and back so bit more exercise there as its a mile each way... Used to come home n go back for dinner but stuff that for a laugh in this weather :) x x

Its my second day and its killing... im tryin to think of it as less if a diet, and more of a very healthy eating plan with bit exercise too! Bloody killing me i just wanna eat crisps haha and u dont have quavers haha i buy them as i love them and they're only 88 calories lol x
