Hi Sus! I had a TT (not fleur de lis) last Wednesday. The recovery has been much better than I expected. Pain has been kept under control easily, and I feel fairly mobile. I think the best advice was to expect to feel rubbish for a week, and do nothing for a week! I will be a week out tomorrow, and it's not been too bad.
