Gastric Balloon Food stay undigested for long time

Hello, I am experiencing a digestion problem since I had my balloon, I eat once a day and I feel that the food is still in my stomach for like 9 hrs !! Is any one experiencing this?

You should be aiming for three to six meals a day.

Do you have access to a dietician? Probably worth talking to them

Full digestion normally takes upto 24 to 72 hours. It's should leave your stomach after 7 to 8 hours. With regards to you feeling it in your stomach is it not the balloon or the feeling of fullness and not actually what you've eaten.
