i dont post daily diet as i think everyone else will think its boring.
breakfast hot choc drink with protein powder in then boiled egg or weetabix/all bran if not too tight.
lunch fish and cottage cheese and salad
tea chicken cottage cheese and salad or other way round.
snacks i love the fridge raiders chicken bits in various flavours. very filling and less than 130 cals a bag. great for out and about too.
delmonte fruit ice lolly (45cals) after lunch/tea if cant wait hour for a drink
drink lots of squash and have another hot choc with protein powder when sitting and watching tv prog in evening
i enjoy all this and it fills me up,good proein and low cal and its straight forward as anything complicated would be too much. have autistic daughter so time for me limited.
