Im not sure if I am posting this in the right place but just wanted other opinions on this. I want to start upping my water intake and I have seen these large water bottles that you can put some fruit in to give the water flavour, My question is has anybody tried them and is this ok for after surgery?
I am worried about the acid reflux but really do want to find a way to increase my fluids now rather than trying to do it after surgery.
