funding and surgeon

i have just been to see the nurse and dietion, at srh
the dietion said my next app would be in about 6months to see the surgeon and told me not to put any weight on i did not get a weight loss target , as i had lost a stone from the seminar to seeing her, but i still dont no what funding i have no one has said i need it how do i find out if i have it , and the nurse has said i should be ok for the opp but is it up to the surgeon im confused lol x

we are told at Sunderland that if you are invited to attend the seminar then your funding is already in place.

Can't answer specifically for your PCT but, until the surgeon sees you, you don't know what path is suitable for you.

The PCT will have agreed to fund the surgery the surgeon deems appropriate, it won't be a case of enough money for a band but not a bypass (or whatever).
