Gallbladder

Not unless that's a part of your surgery I don't think. You'd have to consent to them removing it, you won't just wake up and find 2 for the price of 1 has been performed ;) My surgeon went through a couple of options at the consent stage and said if there was a problem with this or that they'd possibly do another procedure while in there which I agreed too.
Tbh I half wanted them to take mine out as I've had issues with it before but they wouldn't.

Just I've been watching fat doctor which in every operation they have taken the persons gall bladder out to prevent gall stones due to the rapid weight loss from gastric bypass

Yeah, I was aware the weight loss increases the risk but my surgeon was quite clear he was doing nothing but the sleeve unless a problem presented itself. Definitely a question for your surgeon :)

Mine had already gone but surgeon did make it clear that he wouldn't be removing and of my hernias whilst he was in there.
