I finally have my date net Thursday 3 rd Feb, gastric bypass at the UCLH..... Mixed emotions, very excited to super scared !!! Can I ask if anyone felt long-term nauseous after surgery or was the sick feeling short lived ? I'm reading that sometimes the feeling of sickness can stay with the individual for ever !!! Bit worried about that to be honest. Also once all healed inside are any fizzy drinks allowed or is that a big no , no ? Silly little questions, but just things I'm thinking about !!!!!
