I've just started watching the end of it, to find out what happened. I'm not going to spoil it for those who haven't seen it and wish to, but shows like this annoy me because it gives other's, especially family members of those considering, or approved for surgery, a bad impression of it. This particular woman was grossly obese and the risks far outweighed the benefits for her individually because of her size.
