I have got on the scales this morning to find I have lost 2lb this week.
This means I have lost exactly 11 stone.
I have exceeded the amount that the Drs said I would lose.:fyi: :sigh:

I hoped that I would lose this much but never thought for one minute that I would do it.:bliss:

Now if I can only lose another 2lb I will be exactly 10 stone a nice not so rounded figure

Maz your starting weight is the same as mine was.
Hopefully you will be back in 16 months telling everyone that you have lost 11 stone

That's such an achievement! Lots of people change a lot after their surgery, but having just looked at your album again I must say that you have changed more than most. You really do look like a different woman ! You are proper, proper slim. Brilliant !
