8 lbs of yesssssss

well,
went to the drs today and got weighed .. i have lost another 2 kilos so that about 8lbs in just under a week .. finally the scales are being kind i now weigh 17 stone 7 lbs i have 1 stone to go and that was the weight i was 22 years ago when i fell pregnant . i never thought i would ever lose this much weight .....:553::553::553::553::553::553::553::553::553::553:

i have really been trying to up my protein and fluids . i also have started having a actimel drink once a day now so maybe thats helping .. mind you i did go 5 weeks without losing a thing .
