Has anyone gone through all the loop holes on tier 3, got to the surgeon to be told there's no funding available?

I've been told that I have my funding but not even seen the surgeon, I'm terrified that when I go next there gonna say well actually no there's no funding for you!

I'm down in Cornwall so I think we have less funding than places like London etc :/

I mentioned that fear to my GP yesterday, and she said if you are turned down it won't be because of funding, it would be because surgery wouldn't be right for you, whether for health reasons or whatever. So I am a little more reassured now.
