Hello first time on

I've just been referred to Luton and Dunstable hospital weight management has anyone gone through this route?? I would like to have a bypass but have to do a 12 month management course I'm just not sure what to expect any one have any clues?? I've read these posts and I thought might be nice to ask and talk to people who understand this I've not spoken to my friends about it as I'm worried they will see me as weak or silly .
Any advice would be welcome ? Emma xx
