I'm ang and I had a band back in 2006 privately with mr foquet in Belgium, initially with a brilliant 10st loss in 18 months and kept that off for 3 years until I had my 2 daughter 2009 and 2013, in between I had gained and lost a little but never had any of the results like first time around. I'm now researching band to bypass and how to find this privately as I've told I won't get this on nhs.

Hi Ang, welcome to the forum. There are definitely people on here that have had conversions from bands to bypass or sleeve so hopefully they can help. Good luck with your research!

I remember you posting when you had not long had your band.

Sorry to hear its not working anymore, we have a few active members who have converted from a band to bypass, or like me to a sleeve.

Are you considering getting the op here or abroad?
