Hey all new here to this forum and just want to share what's going on with me. I was looking into getting RNY gastric bypass. Well after having to switch surgeons I was informed of the Duodenal Switch. Did my research and now am going for this. I'm 21 years old female with bmi of 53 at 319lbs. I finish my 6 month weigh in with my pcp on February 1 and finish my pulmonary and cardiology appointments in February then have my psych eval in march and will submit to insurance in march and praying for an April date! Getting anxious and excited! Any advise thanks!
