Just had my 6 month review ( can't believe it's been 6 months since my bypass) doc was well pleased but not as pleased as bigun. Iam now down to 21.2 stone from 34 pre op + 32 on day of surgery. I am feeling great a total new man. Hope everone else is doing good too. Xxxxx

Well done you. How fantastic you have done so well. I'm just coming up to 3 months post op & have lost 6 stone & dropped 5 dress sizes. My mobility has finally return, no more high blood pressure or medications & like you feeling fantastic.

Thanks a lot. My meds have all but stopes too. Hope to be off cpap soon too + I am lookinig like tom hanks off the film big in most of my clothes hahaha. Best wishes to u aswell + to everyone.

LOL - yeah it's costing a fortune in new clothes but great don't have to go o those specialist outsized plus shops anymore!

I know. I was like a big kid in a sweet shop in matalan + asda . Well chuffed. Just bring it on. I hope that everyone on here is gettin as happy as me in our new lives.

Reading all these lovely posts I think mostly everyone is. I am also grateful to our wonderful NHS for doing this op. my hospital team has been fantastic & I really don't think I could have had better even if I had gone private.
