How long in genaral have people waited from refered to surgeon.to seeing them?

I thought I was referred on sept 10th 2013 but actually wasn't until nov 27th due to a missing referral I then had a letter on dec 21st saying waiting list for appointments week expected to be within 13 weeks, got a letter on feb 1st for a appointment on feb 6th so a little under 3 months, that's Derby Royal

Getting refered to spire hospital in Leeds not sure who I'm seeing been in care of weight management team for past three months. Did an 8wk course with them last one this week. My mum and sister have both had op

It went thanks back on the 9th may for dietician if I have maintained or lost then they will apply for funding and pop me on the list, I saw Dr Ahmed and I can't think of the dieticians name now.

I had to first do a year or most of the weight management from last April, but was referred in November last year and got to see the surgeon in January this year, operation is on 15 April. So not bad.
