Hi does anybody know if high cholesterol is classed as a co morbidity for the nhs? Thanks

I'd say it should be because high cholesterol increases risk of stroke and heart problems but I don't know what the NBA criteria is.
I have a bmi less than 40 and none of the typical co-morbidities but Sunderland accepted me because I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome and loads of joint pain so I think there is some discretion if you havd a condition that is made worse by being overweight and could be helped by surgery.
