High protein recipes

I know there is a recipe sub section which i've looked through, but i've also looked on google, i can't seem to find any low fat, low carb, high protein recipes.

Does anyone have any useful links?

I can't afford to buy any books at the moment.

not all atkins recipies are high fat however quite a few are high protein...Atkins books often turn up in charity shops so that may help?
