I have when I used it in a homemade drink for a cold..but everyone has different reactions to foods.
Some people dump on a food some won't...it's trial and error.
If I was you try a little when your at home safe first..see how you go...best to be near a toilet/bed just incase..lol
Sugar is still sugar even if it's natural. Dumping will be personal and even then be a lottery at different times of day and from one day to the next. Personally if I even look at a jar I feel queezy.
I have to be really careful in my measurement of it as I do dump with it ...no more than a small tsp ful
i used to love it in plj but to be honest one tsp gets lost in it now so I just don't bother any more
