saw this and just had to post! here goes
what`s needed:-
6oz bittersweet chocolate finely chopped
1/3 cup of fruity red wine like pinot Noir, Shiraz or Beaujolais
1 cup of milk
pinch of salt
2/3 cup of water
sugar for serving
how to make:-
bring chocolate and wine to simmer in a saucepan over a low heat cook while whisking until melted about 3 minutes. Add 2/3 cup od water and salt bring to the boil and cook while whisking for 3 minutes more .Pour 2 into two mugs and serve with sugar on the side if you like.
clearly this is a pre pre op treat!!
