How do get minimins all access??!!!

Hi im fairly new to this site and am still learning how it works. Im wondering how i can load pictures onto my profile so all can see and get all access to minimins as my account is restricted and i dont know why?! if some1 could please help me i would be very greatfull xXx :sigh:

I think its FAQ . I think you need to get 50 posts , so get posting .
Just have a read as that should tell you

FAQ on the blue bar then go to General forum usage

yea once u have reached over 50 posts u can start leaving comments and updating profile with pic and blog etc ..

just click user cp at the top left hand corner and you can add pic and stuff there ...
