How long till op?

I have an appointment to see Mr Brough at Spire in Macclesfield the week before xmas, and am wondering roughly how long it will be till my band surgery.My Daughter is having a baby at the end of March so I want to be fit and well for that

i dont know hlong the waiting list is there but you should be told an approx time when you go to hosp if your having band then you will only feel rough a couple of days after the healing time is amazing

Hi,

When I saw Mr Brough I had my op about 3 months later. He's not keen on bands, he prefers the bypass. He does do bands though.

I am going for the band as feel that the bypass is a bit too drastic for me at tho mo, as my daughter will need help with the baby in march and I don't want to be too ill
