Does anyone else thats had a bypass ever find they still get hungry? i seem to find i get hungry sometimes in the evenings and really struggle not to go raiding the cupboard :sigh:
Hi Mic i have the same problem, i want to eat at nights, i try not to but i must have something before bed even if its only bread sticks. let me know if you find a answer x
had a little chuckle at ya post i was feeling peckish so i thought i would take my mind off it by coming on here.lol im seven weeks out and i get the rumble in my tum usually about this time of night i usually have a cuppa and go to bed. sorry cant be of any help.
I feel hungry but I think alot of mine is the old habbit and head hunger. I normally try and drink something. But yes evenings are the worse for me too.I try and snack on good food
I thought that the old habbits would die but they are still there after 2 years.
If your diet is rich in carbs, you will feel hungry or 'peckish' more often. Try upping your protein because it challenges the pouch and makes you full longer. Milk is a good suggestion too as it does fill you.
