I need help with profile photo.

Hiya, you may think i'm a bit thick (that's because i am), but can anyone tell me how do i put a photo on to my profile? And also those things at the bottom that slide along to let you know how much weight you have lost.
I'm not very good with pc.

Hello there

you cannot post a picture to your profile until you have posted over 50 posts. once u have reached this level go to top of page and on left hand side click on user cp and click on edit profile pic...click on browse and then upload from your pc....
