now i know you will think im strange , but that means 3lb less to put on to get to bmi 50 , so sooner i can go to Dr

I have ended up nearly 2 inches taller now that I have lost the weight
The weight pulls down on your skeleton when you are heavier and when you lose weight it stretches back up.
Or as my brother told me the fat is now under the soles of my feet
