CHANGE OF HEIGHT ANYONE???!!!

Thank god its not just me then!!
I had back op about five years ago and shrunk down to 5'8" but with physio I gained an inch, but to shoot up another is a bit mind boggling, it must be down to the weight I was carrying putting me into a bad posture but I know that Im carrying myself with a lot more confidence nowdays and I think thats a lot to do with it as well
Right Im off to find some four inch jimmy choos and intimidate some males lol:8855:

We do shrink as we get older. My Nan was 5' 5" as a young woman. When she died at 100 years, she was just over 5' tall.

She used to joke 'I'm growing down' lol!

Excess weight exacerbates bad posture and puts extra strain on the spine, so it's no wonder we gain height when the weight is shifted.
