Not that Im craving it at all but .....does anyone know of any icecream thats Bypass friendly - ie no or teeny weeny amounts of sugar? Ive discovered the ice lollies!

I am ok with mini milks, and skinny cow ice cream sticks. Another option is diabetic ice cream but I've not tried that.

i assume you mean from a dumping/sugar perspective in this instance ?

Ice cream is empty calories, even the low fat low sugar stuff, it gives you absolutely nothing in return for calories in, though in this waether its nice ;)

I have discovered an addiction for ice lollies since the op, used to hate them. They are a good way to get extra fluids in, and cooling in this weather.

Had them since the op, but the coolness is certainly doing baby a favour at the moment! Right now, baby wants cheese and salt. And bernard matthews mini chicken kievs. mmmmm.

Hi SS - yes its from a dumping perspective and Ive also got the icelolly craving. May be empty calories but Im eating so little right now that it cannot do any harm - will swim it off anyway!

Bernard matthews  that babys going to need help before its eevn born lol ;) - doubt there's actually much chicken in them

My wife had a craving for breading fish, she bought in tons of the stuff, and within a few days went of it, it took months to get through her frozen stock pile ;)

May have done the same thing with the fish ;) have a freezer full of fish fingers and fish cakes!

Well cant be as bad as my wifes, they put a cod fishing ban on North Atlantic cod just after she went on her frozen fish spree - come to think of it now, i could have sold it on in bulk and made a profit ;)

i have been eating tescos plain ice cream .. and tescos lollys packs of 20 rocket lollys i have had no issues with them sugar wise . no dumping or side effects at all ..

infact i live on them i have about 8 a day for fluid intake x

asda sell diabetic icecream but only in vanilla flavour, cant see the point in having it with either op as its pointless nutrition and melts to a slider food.

I saw somewhere on here, hmmm cant remember where, but if you make your own ice lollies using fruity flavoured protein shots mised with either fruit juice, squash or water it helps with your daily protein allowance if your struggling to get enough of it. Also someone posted that the mullerlight yoghurts were good frozen as an icecream substitute.:D
