I'm booked in for surgery on the 7th April

Hi everyone and happy weekend.

I had a really positive consultation with Mr Super...asked lots and lots of questions.

I'm having surgery on the 7th April at Birmingham Spire.
Can't believe it's only a month away.

Here's hoping to become the new lighter me!

So I guess I'm officially in the pre op team!!

This forum is full of brilliant advice. Great to know it's here pre and post surgery x x x x

Feeling mainly positive but I'm a bit worried when I read about the complications people have had on here.

Definitely the right attitude to stay positive. Sounds as though you've done a lot of research and it isn't a decision you've made lightly so you have to continue to be positive. Before I went in I avoided the complication stories tbh as I knew it would increase my anxiety levels!

There are lots of people who have surgery and then don't post after 6/8 weeks as they are fine X
