inches lost

well weightloss at 23lb, not bad after 4 and half weeks but last night measured my waist and hips and compared them to night before op. 2 inches lost off waist and 1.5 off hips. so i am officially shrinking!

Its brilliant seeing the lb's coming off but when we actually see ourselves starting to shrink its fantastic, I have lost about 20 inches so far, gone from a size 20 to a 14/16

Keep up the good work hun and those inches will just keep dropping of you
