I made the mistake of not taking measurement before I had my op. So just I got a pair of trousers I bought just before xmas that fitted around the waist I have just measured the waist on them as 50" then measured my waist and wow I have lost 10" of my waist

Great stuff Teen! I was 48" waist before op and last time I measured had lost 3 inches. It's a fab feeling!

Try measuring every week, especially when the pounds slow down because often we lose inches even when we don't lose pounds.

I am gonna measure when I get in from work and keep an eye on it. Gonna get Pete take 2 pix aswell in my swimsuit. Drew took the last to lots and I hate my body and dont like Pete seeing it either so this is gonna be a big step letting him see me

Remember huns, you are a work under construction. It is a big step, but a few months down the line you'll be able to look back and see just how far you have come.
