Information for GPs

I hope this is allowed because it's an important poster to share and I'm suer gps wouldn't mind having a look at it I'm giving a copy to my Gp to put in my file for my safety. I hope there is one for medication soon, anything to keep us safe. There is a poster on the www.baritrictcookery.com site that gives indications of what a Gp should know about all of the surgery.

I think its poor that weight regain, and poor weight loss is a routine thing!! Where are our support systems??
