RNY Gastric Bypass Insanity video?

Anyone else do it? I started about 5 days ago and have gained three pounds (after the second day and haven't lost it yet.) I'm eating a lot of protein and limiting carbs and starch. I try to get around 1500 cals a day. Can someone help? I feel like I'm going crazy.
 
After a workout your muscles need to heal, while doing this excess fluid surrounds them. Also muscle weighs far more than fat and these to factors are usually the cause of weight gain while working out. Now you have started I would sack the scales and go by the way you look and feel as a guide. Have you taken your measurements?
 
Yes, I need to measure again. I just keep forgetting, lol. My weigh in day is usually Friday so I'll do it then.

Let us know how you get on with this insanity..
I looked at these DVDs a bit ago..but it looks scary!..lol
I'd love to build a bit of muscle up...has anyone else tryed this insanity or know anyone who's done it and survived?..lol
