I think it depends on where you get your surgery so sorry I cant help but just wanted to say good luck! It will soon be over!

I had a bypass so I didnt have a drain just plasters ovet my wounds but I guess its down to whatever WLS you have

I had a sleeve and had a drain - it's not that bad! X

I think drainage tubes are rare but hopefully you've had your op now and recovering nicely. Lots of luck x

Just wishing your the very best of luck for your Op. It'll be over before you know it.

Keep us informed and rest properly in hospital. Try and walk as soon as you can. It makes a big difference
