It's been a while.......

Well I have just seen the anniversary of my surgery and what a year it has been!

I haven't been on this site for a while but in total now I have lost 138lbs and dropped from a size 28 to a size 14/16.... unfortunately for the first time in as many months it looks like my weight loss has stopped and I am really having to up my game if I want to get down to my goal weight - another 61lbs to go but hopefully with determination I will do it!

As for your weight slowing,well I've gained a few pounds so having to improve things with diet and exercise.
