I've lost 14 Kgs!!

I had my pre-op assessment today, and got myself weighed, have lost 14kgs!! i'm absolutely over the moon, 2 stone 3 lbs!! op is on tuesday, wanna be under 26 stone by my op date

just to add, i have been such a good boy since June 3rd, so thus i've lost so much, plus i'm rather large, so will lose more at the start, hope to keep this up after op
