hi all joined Curves this week cant believe i am saying that never been to a gyn b4 in my life.
its great as no men allowed (no offense men)
and i can actually do it.
If i can do it anyone can. xx

I belong to Curves too (although my membership is currently suspended). It really is a great place for us ladies and is fun and manageable. Good on you! I intend to go back when I get the all-clear from the hospital.

Well done. I went to see a gym today but didnt want to commit until I fully think it through. I am trying to justify the outlay which is silly cos I would spend that much on food anyway.
