I was directed here by a dear friend who is on the Cambridge diet and suggested I look in here too.

I was unaware of a UK support forum and I have been using an huge global site based in the USA for support and advice, nice to see I can get some a little closer to home.

Looks like a great BBS and I look forward to sharing my journey with you

Hello Karlos.

First of all can I say what an amazing weight loss, you must be thrilled.

You have to access your profile to put your picture up, which is under user CP at the top.

There are certain things you can't do on this forum like access others albums until you have 50 posts, but that won't take long ask Marky....lol Other than that its got to be the best and most supportive forum on the internet.
