Lactose intolerant

Anyone become lactose intolerant or already were lactose intolerant since their op? If so - please describe your symptoms for me please.

I became lactose intolerant while doing the pre-op milk diet. Severe stomach cramps, bloating and diarrhoea are the main symptoms.

Thanks guys - I have just spoken to the dietician and he confirmed it sounds like I have developed it in the last 3 weeks! Haha...lucky me. Thanks Gail I will check the link out now x

Was just going to recommend the site Gail posted. Charlie has a milk protein allergy and my IBS is triggered by Lactose, and last time we saw his dietician we were talking about lactose intolerance and she recommended that site.

With me, I get diarroeah, trapped wind and bloating.
